Your call data is yours. Here's how we handle it.

Are calls recorded?+

Voxx generates a text transcript of every call, but does not record audio by default. If call recording is enabled on your account, recordings are stored securely and accessible only to you through your dashboard.

Where are transcripts stored?+

Call transcripts and summaries are stored in your private, dedicated database. Each Voxx account has its own isolated data store — your data is never commingled with another customer's.

Who has access to my call data?+

Only you and your authorized team members. Voxx staff do not access your call transcripts or recordings unless you explicitly request support. Real-time call audio passes through our processing pipeline but is not stored after the call ends.

How long is my data retained?+

Call transcripts and recordings are retained for 30 days by default. Extended retention options are available on request. You can delete individual call records at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel your account, all of your data is permanently removed.

How can I delete my data?+

Individual call records can be deleted from the Calls section of your dashboard. To request a full data export or complete account deletion, contact us and we will process it promptly.

What about the demo call?+

When you interview Voxx, your call is processed in real time for the conversation but is not permanently stored. Demo call transcripts are discarded after the call ends. Your name, email, and phone number submitted through the interview form are retained only for follow-up purposes.
